Chandler council could OK $51M water treatment project

Among dozens of actions likely to be on its Thursday, Oct. 15 regular meeting agenda, the Chandler City Council could decide to approve a nearly $51 million project.

Or about a $56 million project, depending on how one looks at the total cost.

Council will be asked to approve both a $51 million contract with McCarthy Building Cos. Inc. to complete the third phase of facility improvements at both the Airport Water Reclamation Facility on Queen Creek Road and the Ocotillo Water Reclamation Facility on Old Price Road.
