A gathering of dozens of presenters, vendors and celebrators graced A.J. Chandler Park one Saturday afternoon and evening last month.
Chandler Pride included performances, presentations, words from local Pride and elected officials.
There were also vendors representing everything from LGTBQ-plus-friendly business to advocacy organizations to recruitment for the Chandler Police Department.
Chandler Pride is held in November partly because of the more favorable weather for an outdoor event and also because local Pride organizers first partnered with the city for a November event years ago.
