Chandler bike lane change is 94% federally funded

The Chandler City Council approved a second change order last month for one of its most ambitious recent non-vehicle road projects.

Jason Crampton, the city’s transportation planning manager, took questions at a Sept. 14 study session about funding for the Frye Road Protected Bike Lanes project, being built by Granite Construction.
