According to WalletHub’s proprietary data, the average consumers in the cities with the most total credit cars have almost seven cards per person.
Chandler’s not in that boat, however. Despite bordering cities that ranked much higher in a recent WalletHub study of credit cards per capita, Chandler had the 94th-most cards in the fourth quarter of 2025 in the 100-city study.
To determine the cities where credit card ownership is increasing the most, according to a news release, WalletHub analyzed its latest consumer-finance data across four key metrics.
