It is estimated that there are more than 15,000 members in these churches.

he Door is a part of Christian Fellowship Ministries, which is headquartered in Prescott. There are about 500,000 thousand members of the fellowship globally, the release states.

Friday, Oct. 4, many of the churches will announce the installation of new pastors throughout the U.S.

The Door opened its doors almost 50 years ago in a small storefront building near Chandler High School with a dozen members.  Its congregation now numbers more than 500 people and is a regional headquarters responsible for more than 200 congregations in the U.S. and abroad.
