A building used by Banner Health in Chandler has been sold for $30 million.

The 66,00-square-foot Chandler Medical Pavilion building that is fully leased to Banner Health has been sold from Unbound and Webb Investments to Montecito Medical Real Estate, according to a news release.

The building was constructed on a build-to-suit basis for Banner Health. Located at 1125 S. Alma School Road, just north of Loop 202, it’s located a few blocks north of Banner’s Ocotillo Medical Center.

The pavilion is adjacent to ALMA 202, a 15-acre mixed-use development that began in 2020. The site’s next phase at Alma 202 is in the planning stages and include a 40,000-square-foot retail building behind

McDonald's and Starbucks and another 40,000-square-foot medical office building next to the Chandler Medical Pavilion that was just sold.

Other leasing activity at ALMA 202 includes Starbucks agreeing to lease 2,500 square feet of the shops building and Pinky’s Nails leasing 2,500 square feet there.
