Apartment complex only item on Chandler P& Z agenda

There’s only one action item on the Chandler Planning and Zoning Department’s agenda for its Wednesday, Feb. 19 meeting. That item is an area plan amendment to rezone a 1.94-acre infill parcel at Ellis Street and Frye Road to multi-family for an apartment complex.

There’s only one action item on the Chandler Planning and Zoning Department’s agenda for its Wednesday, Feb. 19 meeting.

It’s an item that will give at least a few more Chandlerites a place to live.

That item is a San Tan Area Plan amendment to change a 1.94-acre parcel from mixed-use, commercial, office, and specialty retail to multi-family for an apartment complex.
