Island Fin Poke Company is offering free customizable poke bowls July 15, two days before the store officially opens.

Island Fin Poke Company anticipates opening July 17 at 2490 S. Recker Road, suite 101, Gilbert, in the Verde at Cooley Station development.

The fast casual restaurant serves Hawaiian-style poke with sustainably sourced fish, house-made sauces and more than 25 toppings.

As a pre-grand opening special, franchisee owners Mark, Patti and Brett Blackwell are offering customers free customizable poke bowls on Saturday, July 15.
