Discussion on a 166-unit rental residential community at the southwest corner of Superstition Boulevard and Royal Palm Road has been postponed for two months so the developer can do a traffic study.
The Apache Junction Planning and Zoning Commission will discuss rezoning 14.77 acres from general rural low-density single-family detached residential to high-density multiple-family residential by planned development for single-family-type homes with some duplexes at 7 p.m. Nov. 23 in the City Council chambers, 300 E. Superstition Blvd.
Local residents and commissioners brought up traffic concerns during a Sept. 28 meeting.
