OPINION — In attempting not to be negative about government organizations looking for ways to spend money, art at the roundabout (“City to consider $250K roundabout art agreement” on the cover of the November 2026 edition of the Apache Junction/Gold Canyon Independent) is all that we need in order to further distract drivers from the one thing they do and that is drive carefully and defensively.
We do not need art on an open roundabout when all we want is drivers to drive without distractions.
