Teravalis™, a Howard Hughes community, is proud to welcome the community to the official grand opening of its 37,000-acre master planned community in Buckeye, with a public celebration, Floreo Fest at Teravalis, on Saturday, November 15, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Floreo Fest at Teravalis — named after the community’s first village — will showcase the vibrant lifestyle residents can expect, with activities spread throughout parks, model homes, and gathering spaces. The free, family-friendly event will feature:

Model Home Tours and Activities: Explore 20 model homes by seven award-winning homebuilders—Century Communities, Courtland Communities, DRB Homes, KB Home, Lennar, Meritage Homes, and New Home Co.—with select homes available for immediate purchase. Visitors can enjoy unique experiences hosted at each model, including mocktails from The Hive Mobile Bar, a petting zoo, tacos, a s’mores truck, coffee and dessert stations, succulent giveaways, raffle prizes, an eight-foot grazing charcuterie board, and carnival-themed activities with food.

Music, Arts, and Culture: Live music performances by Old Town Love and The Sugar Thieves will fill the day with energy, alongside art demonstrations curated with the West Valley Arts Council.

Sustainability and Conservation: Interactive exhibits and demonstrations from the White Tank Mountains Conservancy, Arizona Science Center, and V&P Nurseries will highlight the community’s dedication to environmental stewardship, along with honey tastings and take-home samples from Sun Tan Honey Farm.

Family Fun: Families can enjoy flower pressing, custom coloring stations, bounce houses, train rides, and the community’s pollinator-themed playgrounds at both Floreo and Windrose Parks.

Food trucks will be onsite for sale of food along with culinary experiences throughout the event by Cloth + Flame.
