Imagine Rosefield has announced that 25 of its second-grade students have become published authors through a national student publishing program.
As part of the publishing process, students in Kathryn Galler’s second grade class planned, wrote, and illustrated their own poetry book through a free publishing program with Studentreasures Publishing. The title of their book is “Great Poems.”
The students of Galler’s class have been learning about poetry and were inspired to write and publish their own poetry.
“The creativity, imagination, and effort that the students put into their published poetry book was inspirational,” said Galler, who has been teaching at the school for over 16 years.
