Surprise police looking for runaway teen

Surprise Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Keali’l Bates, a 16-year-old runaway.

Keali’l is described as a Hispanic male approximately 5-foot-9 and 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information regarding his location is asked to contact the Surprise police at 623-222-4000, or 623-222-TIPS (8477), or email crimetips@surpriseaz.gov.
