Sterling Grove is growing a city within Surprise

Families already move in, await community amenities

When West Valley Realtor Sally Liddicoat took a trip to Surprise’s massive Toll Brothers community in June, she meant to check it out for her job.

Instead, the owner of Weichert, Realtors-Peak Performance left with a home of her own.

“I went one afternoon, more for research for clients,” Ms. Liddicoat said about the growing Sterling Grove luxury home community west of Loop 303 between Cactus Road and Peoria Avenue.
