Rec center is site of adaptive adult social in Surprise

Surprise has scheduled an adaptive adult social, "Sweetheart Social," for 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10 at Sierra Montana Recreation Center, 14861 N. Spring Lane.
Dress up in festive finest and put on dancing shoes for a special night of music and celebration. There will be refreshments, games, a photo booth and more.
This social event is designed for individuals ages 16 and up with intellectual, developmental or physical disabilities.
Participants will have an opportunity to meet others, share social experiences and enjoy a fun activity.
As this event is designed for adult participants, our aim is to provide an evening of independence and socialization with current and new friends.
Parents are highly encouraged to drop off and return for pick up at the conclustion of the event.
Admission for this event is $10 for residents, $12 for non-residents.
