Freedom Traditional Academy is now accepting enrollment applications for the 2024-2025 school year at Dysart.org/Enroll.
Freedom ranks sixth among 1,369 traditional K-8 schools in Arizona according to the recently released state accountability labels, and earned an “A” rating.
The school also touts the highest test scores among any other schools in Surprise and El Mirage for the second year in a row.
Parents interested in enrolling their K-8 student for the 2024-2025 school year can complete an enrollment application online at Dysart.org/Enroll.
In order to finalize enrollment the following documents will be required:
Government-issued photo identification
Birth certificate
Proof of residency
Immunization records.
Enrollment assistance is also available at the school office during regular business hours at 16066 N. Parkview Place, Surprise, AZ 85374, or by calling 623-523-8650.
