“A”-rated Freedom Traditional Academy, the sixth ranked K-8 school in the state of Arizona, is inviting prospective parents and students to an open house on Wednesday, April 10.

The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. on the school campus at 16066 N. Parkview Place.

Families are encouraged to RSVP here in order to receive a free insulated school-branded water bottle upon enrollment. 

Prospective families are invited to learn about why Freedom Traditional Academy is the premier school of choice in Surprise.

Participants will receive a guided tour of the school, meet teachers, and have a Q&A with the principal, current parents and students.

Information will be available on student activities, gifted and ESS services, the Parent Teacher Association and before and after care. 

Freedom Traditional Academy is an “A”-rated tuition-free school that serves kindergarten through eighth grade students, and also has a preschool program on site.

Freedom ranks sixth among 1,369 traditional K-8 schools in Arizona according to the recently released state accountability labels. The school also touts the highest test scores among any other schools in Surprise and El Mirage for the second year in a row.

Freedom offers a highly-performing academic program that features accelerated options, Saxon-like math, Spalding reading, and Spanish at all grade levels. Freedom focuses on civic values and patriotism in a traditional, structured atmosphere. Arts, athletics and extracurricular activities are also offered.
