Z’Tejas planned at Gilbert, Baseline roads in Mesa

A Z’Tejas restaurant and patio area are planned east of Gilbert Road on the north side of Baseline Road in Mesa.

Preliminary design for the building on 0.82 acres recently was discussed by the Mesa Design Review Board.

The site plan shows a 3,068-square-foot restaurant with a 1,650-square-foot outdoor patio, Staff Planner Chloe Durfee Daniel said during the board’s Feb. 8 meeting.
