Bell, Sarival area is chosen spot for 46-unit complex

More townhomes are in the works for Bell Road and Sarival Avenue in Surprise.

The Surprise City Council on Oct. 17 approved a rezoning of 3.21 acres from rural residential to residential high density to make way for a 46-unit complex on the southwest corner.

Josh Hannon with EPS Group Inc. is proposing the development of a townhome community that will feature two-story units.

Residents will be able to enter the complex along Sarival from a shared entry with the parcel to the north. Secondary emergency access will also be shared with the parcel to the north at the northwest corner of the site.

Plans call for resident and visitor parking to be provided through two-car garages and parallel parking outside the private drive aisle width area.
