Not all Sun City West residents may have the opportunity to purchase a fiber-optic internet option from Wyyerd Fiber in the near future, and some residents are searching for answers as to why.
Work began in 2022 to install fiber-optic cable through the community that would allow for high-speed internet connections. According to Wyyerd Fiber official Jennifer Rogers, where Wyyerd Fiber has installed fiber to a serviceable location, it will offer its fiber-to-the-home services.
“Wyyerd Fiber is working hard and diligently to bring its fiber network to homes across the Valley. Our fiber network deployment plan and schedule remains fluid and subject to changes/adjustments,” she said.
