Wrongful termination, defamation lawsuit against Scottsdale could head to Arizona Supreme Court

Former Scottsdale Prosecutor Shawn Fuller’s wrongful termination and defamation lawsuit against the city could be headed to the Arizona Supreme Court.

On Jan. 15, that ruling came back partially in favor of both sides.
