A 35-year-old woman has been charged with manslaughter after her arrest in connection with a crash Tuesday night that killed a man, police said.
Robbin Oliver was driving her vehicle east on Buckeye Road when she struck the side of a vehicle, according to a Phoenix Police Department release. She continued east and hit a tow truck, which was stopped at “the active train crossing area” near 40th Avenue and Buckeye Road.
Debris from the second crash struck another vehicle causing minor damage, police said.

A 35-year-old woman has been charged with manslaughter after her arrest in connection with a crash Tuesday night that killed a man, police said.
Robbin Oliver was driving her vehicle east on Buckeye Road when she struck the side of a vehicle, according to a Phoenix Police Department release. She continued east and hit a tow truck, which was stopped at “the active train crossing area” near 40th Avenue and Buckeye Road.
Debris from the second crash struck another vehicle causing minor damage, police said.
The victim, who died at a hospital, was the front passenger in Oliver’s car, the release stated, adding that during the investigation officers and detectives “noted signs of intoxication and processed Oliver for DUI.”
She was booked into Maricopa County Jail on charges of vehicular manslaughter and endangerment.
