SUN CITY WEST - William Marvin Rees, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2012, with a beloved family member by his side. Bill, aka 'The Old Goat', lived his life with a sense of adventure, and with an insatiable curiosity for all things. Bill regaled everyone with his wonderful stories, and his sense of humor. A generous person by nature, Bill was both supported, and provided support, to the Desert Garden Church community. Bill and his beloved wife, Judy, had a love for Arizona and the Sun City West community. Bill made a magnificent journey to the Grand Tetons last Fall; a place of sentimentality and spirituality for him. Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Judy, in 2011. He will be remembered by his family which includes his sons; daughter; grandchildren; and a community of friends across this country and beyond. A celebration of his life will be held at Desert Garden Church, 18818 N. 128th Ave., Sun City West at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 31st.
