William was born on July 18, 1928 and died at his home on July 29, 2021. He was born in San Luis Obispo, CA.
He as survived by his wife Connie. They shared 2 daughters, 6 sons, 17 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
His father was William J. Rusca and mother was Jessie Lea Rusca (Loveall).
He loved bowling, old cars and the outdoors.
He will be missed dearly by his family, friends and neighbors.
