William Decelles

APACHE JUNCTION - William "Bill" Decelles, 73, died at his home on Feb. 12, 2011, following a two year battle against lung cancer. He was born on Sept. 10, 1937. Bill lived in Arizona for 30 years. He was a welder, mechanic, truckdriver and a roofer, also at a body shop. He was an aircraft mechanic in the U.S. Air Force. He enjoyed motorcycles and old hot rods. He is survived by three children, Billy, Deanne, and Jimmy; five grandchildren, Stephanie, Billy Jr., Michael, Jason, and Zachary; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Wayne; two sisters, Anita and Shirley, all of Rhode Island; and his companion, Cynthia of Apache Junction. Bill had many friends and was dearly loved and will be missed by all. He stood tall amongst men. It broke our hearts to lose you, You did not go alone; for part of us went with you The day God called you home.
