WillardSmitz, 86Sun City resident Willard Bernard Smitz died June 13, 2008, in Glendale.Mr. Smitz served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a retired mechanical engineer. He moved to Arizona from Wisconsin.A memorial was conducted June 19.
