OPINION — In his response to my Feb. 4 letter on the ideological fog I believe he has fallen victim to, Brent Peak posits that I’m ideologically lazy because I associated him with the frequent vulgar and violent protests against ICE agents.
He claims that he supports secure borders, the rule of law and safety. If so, then kudos and an apology from me. Contrarily, I believe, Brent is aligning himself and others whom he is organizing to follow somewhat closely in the footsteps of other vulgar and violent protesters that wind up on the news on a daily basis.
If he cherishes the rule of law, then why get so worked up when illegals with criminal records are rounded up and sent back home? When many of these criminals are apprehended, a significant number are armed and ready to fight it out, so why is that so hard to support?
