Why isn’t Hamadeh supporter concerned about neo-Nazi affiliation?

OPINION — It’s horrifying to me that David Wainwright suggests I shouldn’t be concerned about a staff member for Rep. Abe Hamadeh helping plan an event alongside known neo-Nazis and white nationalists. Since I wrote that letter, Hamadeh himself attended another event hosted by the same crowd.

Most readers understand why that raises alarm. What’s less clear is why Mr. Wainwright doesn’t think it should.
