The White Tank Library, 20304 W. White Tank Mountain Road in Waddell, will remain closed Thursday, Dec. 14 as crews continue to work to repair a maintenance issue.
Holds and due dates have been extended in order to accommodate for the unexpected closure.
"We are so sorry for the inconvenience and hope to resume typical operating hours soon," the Maricopa County Library District sent out in an email. "Thank you for your patience and understanding."
All holds have been extended three days from the original pickup date. Customers will now have three additional days to pick up their held item(s).
All checkout periods have also been extended three days from the original due date. Patrons will now have three additional days to return their item(s).
Nearby Maricopa County Library District branches include El Mirage Library , 13513 N. El Mirage Road, and Sun City Library, 16828 N. 99th Ave.
