I think it is a good idea to put restrictions on guns like age and time periods to purchase a gun.

However, I don’t like the idea of the government being able to come to your house and take away your gun because you may be a threat.

With that thinking anybody that owns a gun may be a threat.

I think that will be their next step. It is the old story of the camel’s nose under the tent, if you let a camel get his nose under a tent it won’t be long before he is totally in the tent. So with that line of thinking, if you own a gun, they believe you may be a threat. This ideology makes me think of totalitarian regimes like Germany, Russia, China, etc.

If the government goes through with this plan, are they going go to gangs like MS13, Bloods, Crips, Latin Kings, etc. and take away their guns? I mean, if anybody fits this profile they certainly do, no I don’t think they will because that could cause a revolution.
