Whataburger planned at Power, Ray in Mesa

A Whataburger restaurant with a double drive-thru is to be constructed south of Ray Road on the east side of Power Road.

The property’s design and landscaping were discussed recently by the Mesa Design Review Board.

There’s an existing driveway that leads to the 2.4-acre site, Mesa Staff Planner Jennifer Gniffke said Sept. 14 to the design review board.
