The Western Maricopa Coalition, a public-private partnership of business, education, and government leaders dedicated to promoting economic development, workforce advancement, and quality of life in the West Valley, announced its Best of the West Award Winners at a dinner held Oct. 22 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale.
