“These are highly coveted tenants that the residents of Buckeye and the greater southwest Valley will surely enjoy frequenting for many years to come,” said Brian Woods, listing broker with Colliers International, in a press release.
Buckeye Commons West is adjacent to the Abrazo Medical Group’s 27-acre medical campus, which has broken ground. Banner Health is planning to expand its presence with a medical center north of I-10 along Verrado Way.
“We are incredibly excited about the swift progress at Buckeye Commons West and the caliber of tenants it continues to attract,” said David Dawson, SIHI assistant vice president of asset management, in a press release. “The strong interest from leading national brands for these high-quality pads underscores the immense demand and strategic importance of this location. We’re eager to see these new businesses open their doors and serve the thriving Buckeye community.”
Of the eight available pads at Buckeye Commons West, only three remaining opportunities exist, presenting unique opportunities for businesses to join a highly desirable and rapidly expanding commercial hub.
San Diego-based Sunbelt Investment Holdings has 18 shopping centers in Southern California and five in Arizona, representing approximately 4 million square feet of Class A retail space. Sunbelt also has other land and industrial developments in the Valley.
