Purchasing a new home can be a complex process, especially for first-time buyers.
Next month, Wells Fargo is hosting an “Advancing Homeownership Fair” — an event meant to “help (Valley) residents learn more about the homebuying process (and) about local resources available for down payment and closing costs” and other opportunities that may help them achieve the goal of becoming a homeowner, a press release stated.
The event is to be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 9, at Steele Indian School Park, 300 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix. The event will take place inside the Band Building, according to the press release.
