Birt’s Bistro welcomes the West Valley Jazztet from 5 to 7 p.m. on Jan. 12. Jazz, blues on tap

Benevilla, a West Valley hub for live entertainment, has two upcoming events.

Their Birt’s Bistro restaurant “Happy Hour” concert series continues on Friday, Jan. 12 when the West Valley Jazztet serves up acoustic jazz. Then on Saturday night, Jan. 13, Birt’s announces the return of The John Leo Group and their lineup of bawdy blues and rowdy rock n’ roll.

Birt’s Bistro is located on the main Benevilla campus at the Hellen & John M. Jacobs Independence Plaza, 16752 N. Greasewood St. in Surprise. Both shows start at 5 p.m.

Birt’s will feature their “Happy Hour” promotions. During concert times there will be specials on appetizers, food, wine selections and domestic beers. Reservations are not required but getting there early is recommended.
