We Are Airstream Chandler announces its acquisition of Airstream of Santa Barbara. The one-acre property, which is the oldest Airstream dealership on the west coast, will now be called We Are Airstream Santa Barbara.

We Are Airstream Chandler is owned by husband and wife team Aaron and Kristie Korges. The largest authorized Airstream dealership in Arizona, the facility offers a fully enclosed state-of-the-art showroom, service center and storage facility totaling more than 136,000 square feet located on nearly 15 acres on the southeast corner of Loop 202 and Arizona Avenue in Chandler.

“We want to thank previous owner Bill Wolkoff and his staff at Airstream of Santa Barbara for making this a smooth transition,” said Aaron Korges. “We are excited for the opportunity to expand our footprint in the Airstream marketplace and continue to bring our customers the best experience possible.”

The Korgeses began their journey in the RV business in 1998 by opening Desert Autoplex, a small RV dealership in Arizona that mainly sold pre-owned motorhomes. During this time, they fell in love with the Airstream brand and decided to focus on becoming an authorized Airstream distributer. After the successful sale of Desert Autoplex, the couple founded Airstream of Scottsdale in 2017, focused solely on the Airstream sales, service and storage. Quickly outgrowing their Scottsdale facility, they moved the business to Chandler, taking over and completely renovating the Sam’s Club building, to become We Are Airstream Superstore Chandler in 2021.

We Are Airstream Santa Barbara is located at 404 E. Highway 246, Buellton, and provides new and used Airstream sales, parts, service and storage.
