OPINION — A recent opinion by Rusty Childress discussed the water challenges facing not only Arizona, but a handful of other states. I thought the issues were presented clearly and accurately, based on my research.
In the March 25 submission regarding the first opinion, the gentleman didn't address the issues but started assigning blame from a political standpoint. This type of approach does nothing to move solutions forward and only delays any actions.
For decades the Emperor has been walking down the street. The situation is clear to everyone watching. But folks choose to throw stones at the other side rather than face the situation.
