Bridging the gap between community members and innovative arts education, the Walter Hive in Scottsdale offers workshops and events that aim to build people’s confidence in their art skills through community.
The Walter Project, a group responsible for projects such as Walter Productions and Walter Studios, is best known for creating the world’s largest Volkswagen bus called “Walter the Bus.”
Its most recent project, the Walter Hive, is its nonprofit branch that seeks to empower and connect people by developing their art skills. At its campus in Scottsdale, it holds a large maker space, an art gallery and a virtual studio.
