Wall Street Journal calls for the Phoenix Police Department to conduct an internal review

The Wall Street Journal is asking the Phoenix Police Department to conduct an internal review into why one of its reporters was arrested outside a Valley bank.

Dion Rabouin, a reporter with the Wall Street Journal was handcuffed in November by Phoenix Police while reporting on the street in front of a JPMorgan Chase Bank located on 12038 N. 32nd St., Phoenix.
