The Wall Street Journal is asking the Phoenix Police Department to conduct an internal review into why one of its reporters was arrested outside a Valley bank.
Dion Rabouin, a reporter with the Wall Street Journal was handcuffed in November by Phoenix Police while reporting on the street in front of a JPMorgan Chase Bank located on 12038 N. 32nd St., Phoenix.
This incident sparked outrage from the Journal, whose Editor in Chief Matt Murray wrote a letter to Phoenix Police Chief Michael Sullivan on Dec. 7 following up the incident.
