The Phoenix Planning Commission will vote Thursday on changes to allow for the next phase of an 853-acre mixed-use development in southwest Phoenix.
The commission heard a presentation about the planned development last month but voted to continue the vote on general plan and zoning changes to March’s meeting to give city staff more time to examine the developer’s recent plans to add more retail to the development.
Thursday’s Planning Commission meeting will be held virtually at 6 p.m. Thursday. Click here for a link to join the virtual meeting.
