Virginia Ellen Bravos (Ginny), 97, of Sun City Arizona passed away on November 15th, 2023. She was born in Lancaster, PA in 1926 and raised in Millersville, PA. She was a registered nurse. She started her compassionate nursing career working in hospitals and on the Santa Fe Railroad. Later in life she worked as a psychiatric nurse for state and VA hospitals. She settled down in Chicago, Illinois where she started her family. She loved swimming, playing tennis, golf, going to the theater, movies, operas and church. She traveled the world. She loved the sun and beaches. Ginny will most be remembered for her beautiful smile and her kindness to all that she met. She was preceded in death by her son, Mark Meek, 2010, her parents Henry and Elizabeth Moore and husband George Bravos. She is survived by her daughter Susan Masters and five grandchildren Leah, Breanna, Mark, Nicole and Michael. She also had seven great grandchildren.
