The Villas in the Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley project are completed, but homeowners have not moved in yet.
Five Star Development previously anticipated move-in of the first homeowners to the Villas by the end of 2023, but that has yet to come to fruition as of January.
Closings for the Villas will commence in February, continuing through the summer, according to Brendan Mann, principal at The Solvere Group, the company handling sales and marketing for Five Star Development. He did not state why homeowners have not moved in yet.
