VIDEO: Halloween is a spectacle of sight and sound in north Peoria neighborhood

A rainbow of lights cascades out of the Agave Ridge neighborhood in Vistancia onto Lone Mountain Parkway. A strobe of colors shift, bleed and blanket the surrounding desert night. This isn’t your normal trick or treating experience.

Make no doubt, it is Halloween in north Peoria.

The source of this grand display is a two-story home just off Loop 303 and it is the brain child of recent transplant Matt Knoche.
