Victor Loren Siegel, 51, of Delavan, IL, passed away Thursday September 14, 2017. He was born on October 18, 1965 in Pekin, IL the fourth son of Janet A. and Nicholas P. Siegel. His father preceded him in death.Survivors are his mother, Janet Siegel; his Step Father, James A Easter; three brothers, Nicholas III (Susan Millea) Siegel, Gregory Siegel and Scott (Kelly) Siegel. He also leaves two step-Brothers, Jeffrey and Mark Easter; six nieces and nephews, Simone, Hope, Hillary, Grace, Katelyn, and Colin Siegel. His beloved pit bull, Sheba, usually accompanied him around town and on trips.Victor was a member of the Delavan Presbyterian Church and briefly was a member of the Delavan Ambulance Crew. He enjoyed playing pool, hunting, fishing, camping, wood working, Boy Scouts, wrestling, and watching the New England Patriots.Victor had a caring heart and a love for kids and dogs. In the last 20 years, he helped at least 15 children with shelter, clothes, food, and entertainment. Almost all of them have been back to visit.Cremation rites were accorded. There will be no services. Interment of ashes will be at a later date. Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Delavan is handling the arrangements.Memorial contributions may be made to the Delavan Ambulance Service or the Delavan Presbyterian Church.
