CBRE arranged the acquisition of the Deer Valley Innovation Park, a 43.5-acre site located in north Phoenix.
The site, located at 2402 W. Beardsley Road, was acquired through a joint venture between ViaWest Group and Barings, who will redevelop the property into ReDiscover Logistics Park, a four-building, Class A industrial project totaling 808,000 square feet, according to a release. ReDiscover will be delivered in February 2027.
ReDiscover will deliver flexible layouts, high-quality construction and ample truck and trailer parking, catering to a wide range of industrial users.

CBRE arranged the acquisition of the Deer Valley Innovation Park, a 43.5-acre site located in north Phoenix.
The site, located at 2402 W. Beardsley Road, was acquired through a joint venture between ViaWest Group and Barings, who will redevelop the property into ReDiscover Logistics Park, a four-building, Class A industrial project totaling 808,000 square feet, according to a release. ReDiscover will be delivered in February 2027.
ReDiscover will deliver flexible layouts, high-quality construction and ample truck and trailer parking, catering to a wide range of industrial users.
“ReDiscover represents a rare chance to transform a legacy site into a next-generation logistics facility,” said CBRE’s Cooper Fratt in a release.
