The building housing the VCA McCormick Ranch Animal Hospital & Emergency Center, a 6,403-square-foot, 24/7 animal hospital and emergency center located at 10380 N. Hayden Road, in Scottsdale, has been sold.

The property traded hands for the first time in over 45 years, according to a press release
Daniel Solomon, of Kidder Mathews represented the seller, a family who had owned the building since 1980.

The building housing the VCA McCormick Ranch Animal Hospital & Emergency Center, a 6,403-square-foot, 24/7 animal hospital and emergency center located at 10380 N. Hayden Road, in Scottsdale, has been sold.

The property traded hands for the first time in over 45 years, according to a press release
Daniel Solomon, of Kidder Mathews represented the seller, a family who had owned the building since 1980.

The hospital offers general practice, specialty services, and continuous emergency care.
