Dignity Memorial providers invite veterans each month to free coffee and donuts at Surprise Funeral Care, 16063 W. Bell Road, 9 a.m. the first Wednesday of every month, and the Sunland Memorial Park Chapel, 15826 N. Del Webb Blvd., 9 a.m. the second Tuesday of every month.
Dignity Memorial provides this service to veterans at their many Phoenix locations.
The Sun City Daughters of the American Revolution Agua Fria Chapter and Veterans Affinity Founder, Director and retired United States Army veteran Rick Kreiberg honor and recognize any veteran who served in any branch and in any location in the world.
They are presented Vietnam era (Nov. 1, 1955 to May 15, 1975) commemorative lapel pins and pin packets, which are provided by the U.S. Department of Defense.
