Vestar sells East Valley retail center for $69M

Shoppers gathered on Oct.12 to await the opening the the new Target store at Vineyard Town Center.

Vestar has sold the Target-anchored Vineyard Towne Center in Queen Creek for more than $69 million.

The center, at 7666 N. Gantzel Road, was sold to the trusts FCREF Vineyard Towne I LLC and FCREF Vineyard Towne II LLC.
