Valvoline oil change facility planned at Signal Butte, Guadalupe

A Valvoline Instant Oil Change automobile/vehicle service and repair facility is to be constructed on the southwest corner of Signal Butte and Guadalupe roads south side in Mesa.

A site plan review was approved in a unanimous vote of a consent agenda with other items March 10 by the Mesa Planning and Zoning Board with Chairman Dane Astle absent.
