Valley’s housing market supply sees return to normal

The Valley’s housing market supply is nearly five times higher than it was at the beginning of 2022, according to Tina Tamboer, marking a return to a more normal market, a Phoenix-based housing analyst.

Currently, there is 24,000 housing listings available in the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, up from a meager 5,000 listings in 2022, Tamboer said.

The current amount of Valley housing listings is considered normal after the area has been “undersupplied for a long” time, Tamboer said.
